Sigma Junction is a full-service IT solutions company headquartered in Serbia, delivering world-class software products, digital transformation strategies, and engineering excellence to clients across four continents. Sigma Junction was founded with a single conviction: that the gap between great ideas and great software should not exist. Too many founders, product leaders, and enterprise teams were watching their visions diluted by offshore factories, misaligned agencies, and junior teams masquerading as senior talent. We set out to close that gap.
What began as a small group of senior engineers in Belgrade has grown into a multidisciplinary team of over 40 specialists spanning software architecture, product design, DevOps, data engineering, and quality assurance. We have spent more than a decade refining what it means to be a true technology partner — one that thinks alongside your business, not merely beneath it.
Our journey has taken us from building MVPs for pre-seed startups to engineering the backbone infrastructure of publicly traded companies. Our headquarters are in Belgrade, Serbia — a city that has quietly become one of Europe's most formidable engineering hubs. We are proud of that heritage. The Serbian tech ecosystem is known for producing some of the sharpest mathematical and engineering minds in the world, and we have built our team from the best of it.
But we have never been constrained by geography. From day one, we have operated as a globally distributed team, bringing the highest levels of engineering craft to clients regardless of where they are building their companies.

We operate with a flat hierarchy by design. The most junior engineer on the team has the same right — and obligation — to challenge a technical decision as the most senior architect.
